Pro: How to add a new user

The License Manager and users with the Manager role can create new users. Remember, before creating a new user, you will need the person’s full name, email address, and phone number. 

After logging in to Guardify, Click Users & Groups in the left-hand menu. 

Click Add in the top right of the screen to create a new user.

Type in the email address of the person you want to create as your new user. Then click Add.  

Note: If the email address is already in Guardify, the user’s full name and phone number will auto-populate.

Input the new user’s information:

All fields marked with an asterisk are required for each new user. 

Role: This will determine the settings and permissions a user has in Guardify. There are 3 roles: Manager, User, and Uploader

Mobile phone number: This field is required for each new user, as they must be able to receive a 2-factor authentication code to log in.

Click  Add and a welcome email will be sent to your new users with details on how to complete the setup of their account.
