How to Access Guardify

In order to access files or evidence shared with you through Guardify, each person must have their own individual login credentials. Each user will get an account set up for them by the Child Advocacy Center or Prosecution office that they are associated with.

Once added as a user, you will receive an email from no-reply@guardify.com with the subject "Welcome to Guardify for ..."

In this welcome email, click the "Set Up Account" button to be taken directly to set your new password.

Your new password must contain 8+ characters including an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and a special character (i.e. a non-alphabetic or non-numeric character).

Have your mobile phone ready to receive the 6-digit multi-factor authentication code. Enter the code into the login screen.

Note: The 6-digit mobile code is time-sensitive and will be deactivated if not utilized within 3 minutes.

Once you have confirmed your account, you can access Guardify anytime by visiting guardify.com and clicking "Customer Login" at the top right of the screen. Or, you can click the link in the email notification you receive each time evidence is shared with you.
