Login Help

If you have trouble logging into Guardify, check the following:

  1. Confirm you are using the right email to login (it is not case sensitive).
  2. Check that you are using the right password. If you cannot remember it, just click on "forgot password" and create a new one! (You can create a new password only if you have used the system at least once)
  3. Make sure you have access to the phone that we have on file for you. Remember that to keep evidence safe and secure that we use multi-factor authentication (MFA) each time you log in. You will receive a code via text message to complete your login. It may take a few moments for the code to come through.
  4. If you still cannot log in successfully, please contact support@guardify.com
