Login Help
If you have trouble logging into Guardify, check the following:
- Confirm you are using the right email to login (it is not case sensitive).
- Check that you are using the right password. If you cannot remember it, just click on "forgot password" and create a new one! (You can create a new password only if you have used the system at least once)
- Make sure you have access to the phone that we have on file for you. Remember that to keep evidence safe and secure that we use multi-factor authentication (MFA) each time you log in. You will receive a code via text message to complete your login. It may take a few moments for the code to come through.
