LE: Proprietary Video Players

When a proprietary video player has been added under the "Proprietary File Types" section of your account settings, these video players will download automatically when the files they are associated with are downloaded from a case.

Additionally, these video players can be downloaded manually out of Guardify without needing to find an associated file in a case.

To do this, click the 3-dot menu at the top right of the screen, and click "Download File Players."

This will open a list of all of the available video players that have been uploaded to Guardify for any of the Proprietary file types that have been uploaded to cases.

Clicking the download button to the right will automatically download that video player as a zip file to your computer.
