Starring and Filtering Files

The starring and filtering options in an interview allow for quick access to specific files.

Starring important files lets you easily find and revisit them later. To star a file, click the star icon to the left of a file in an interview. The star will turn yellow when it has been enabled for that specific file.

Once you have starred files in an interview, you can filter your list of files to only show you those starred files by clicking "starred" at the top of the list of files.

Interview file filter options include:

• Starred: Any files that you have starred in that case
• Recents: Any files that you have looked at in the last 30 days.
• File Type: You can sort by:
  • Document
  • Video/Audio
  • Image
  • Folder
• Added By: You will have a list of all users who have uploaded to that case, and you can filter by their name to see what they have added to that case.

You can filter by multiple filter options to narrow down your view to be as specific as you'd like.
