Previewing A Video or Audio File

Clicking the name or thumbnail of a video in a case will still open the full video player. In order to open a video in the file preview screen, you must click the preview icon to the right of the file.

Videos can be played from the file preview screen, but in order to access the clip editor tools, the transcript, or the tags features, you will need to click "Open Full Viewer" at the bottom of the video preview.

The file preview screen also gives you access to the video insights by clicking on the sparkle icon at the top right of the file preview screen.
