Express: How do I download an interview

When an interview has been shared with you, you will have 3 days from the time it was shared to log in and download the interview.

Your share expiration date will be displayed in the email you receive when the interview was shared, as well as in Guardify on the interview once you log in.

When you log in, open the interview you want to download. The files that have been shared with you will be listed with a purple download button to the right of the file.

Clicking download will download that file directly to your computer to be viewed and stored locally.

If it has been longer than 3-days since the interview was shared with you, you will no longer have access to download the interview. Please reach out to the CAC to have it shared again.
