Multi-part uploading
Some cameras chapter videos, breaking them into a series of smaller files. Guardify can process these files into a single video for playback and download.
On the interview creation page, be sure to click the "Multi-part video" toggle in the purple upload box prior to selecting your files.
Then load the individual files in your video series.
Please note: The multi-part video feature requires each video to have the same file type and recording specifications.
Use the four lines to the right of each file to grab and drag the files into chronological order from top to bottom.
Once you have selected your files, ensure that you have filled out the interview details and click "Create."
As the multi-part video uploads, you will see an Upload in progress bar pop up at the bottom of your screen. The bar will turn green when the uploaded files are completed. Once all are successfully uploaded, a single video of all parts will be available for viewing and downloading.
If your center has multi-part videos and you do not see the "multi-part video" toggle option, contact support@guardify.com to have this feature enabled.
