Running a Diagnostic Test

If you're having trouble uploading or playing videos, the speed of your internet connection will affect how long videos take to upload or how well videos play in your browser. Running a diagnostic test in Guardify will not only provide us with some useful information about your browser in order to assist you, but it will also run a speed test to check your internet connection to Guardify.

To run a diagnostic test, log into Guardify and click the question mark icon in the upper right hand corner and select "diagnostics"

Once the diagnostic tool opens, you will select “run test.”

Let the test run until the "What does this mean for me?" button appears. Once the numbers for download and upload are finished running, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "submit" in the bottom right corner.

Once you have submitted your results, please reach out to support@guardify.com for assistance with your diagnostic test results.
