User Roles
Guardify has one administrative user role designated to the account, and three different user roles that can be assigned to anyone you'd like to have access to your account. Each role allows different access and permissions. Managers can add an unlimited number of users to a Guardify account.
License Manager: The License Manager is the unique administrative role assigned to your Guardify account, designated to one Manager that oversees all settings for a center. This user has access to all features in Guardify, as well as the ability to set center-based settings and delegate unique user permissions to other Managers.
Manager: The Manager role has the ability to create and edit users in your center, as well as create and manage interviews. Managers can have interviews shared with them or transferred to them. They can also edit some specific center-level settings, as well be given the ability to edit permissions for other users by the License Manager. It is the highest level of access you can give to a user.
Interviewer: The interviewer role has the ability to create and manage interviews, as well as have interviews shared or transferred to them. Interviewers cannot access a center's users list, or add any additional users to the center.
Viewer: The Viewer role is the most limited role that you can give to a user. Viewers are only able to have interviews shared with them. They cannot create interviews or have interviews transferred to them, and they cannot access a center's list of users. Viewers will only have access to exactly what an interview custodian shares with them.
