Default Share Duration

When you share an interview, you can change the length of time that you would like a user to have access to an interview on a case by case basis. However, you can also customize the length of time that is put in by default each time you share an interview with a new user. You can do this in your Account Settings.

First, log into Guardify and click the 3-dot menu in the purple bar at the top right of the screen. 

Then select "Account Settings."

Find the "Default Share duration" near the bottom of the list of settings on the right hand side. This defaults to 10 days, but you change this to be up to 365 days.

Note: Both the Licensed Manager and Manager users can update the Default Share Duration.

Then next time you share an interview, the "access start" and "access expires" dates will reflect your default share duration.
