Pro: Ready to share with defense

When creating or editing a case, a new checkbox “Ready to share with Defense” is visible in the Case details. This can be changed by the owner of the case, or any case admin.

To set a case as "ready to share with defense," this can be done at the time that the case is created, by checking the "ready to share with defense" check box under the case details section.

Checking this box will set the case status icon, which can be seen from within the case, as well as when viewing your list of cases.

This status can also be set by editing the case. To do this, open the case and click the pencil icon at the top right of the case details.

Then check the box under the account details.

Once a case is shared with defense, the "ready to share with defense" status will change to "shared with defense."
