Pro: Viewing an evidence receipt
When a case is shared with the evidence receipt enabled, a PDF document that outlines the exact evidence that was shared with that user can be accessed in the Case History.
First, log into Guardify and open the case you want to access an evidence receipt for. Then, click the clock icon at the top right corner of the case.
This will open the case history in a sidebar on the right of the case.
Once the case history is open, click the drop down menu that says "all actions" and select "evidence receipts."
This will show you a list of all of the evidence receipts that have been accepted since the evidence receipt was enabled. It will list the name of the person that accepted it, as well as the date and time.
Find the specific evidence receipt you want to save, and then click on the printer icon.
A PDF file will download directly to your computer that will show the evidence receipt that the user accepted, along with a list of files that were shared with them.
If there are no evidence receipts showing when you search the case history, this means that the evidence receipt feature was not enabled at the time of sharing the case, and may need to be enabled by the License Manager of the account.
