Pro: Uploading additional files to a case

If you need to upload additional files to a case once it has been created in Guardify, you can do so by opening the case clicking the Upload button in the top right corner of the list of files:

Note: If you do not have this option, you have not been given the correct access to attach files to a case. Please contact the case admin to be given upload permission.

If you are already inside of a folder in the case when the "upload" button is clicked, the files that you upload will be uploaded directly into that folder that you were in.


Clicking "browse" at the top right will allow you to choose the files or folders you want to add from your computer, or you can drag and drop them directly into the middle of the upload screen.

Once you have selected the files you want to add to the case and chose the settings for each file, you can click "Select Folder" at the bottom right of the screen to choose to add these files to a folder. You can choose one that is already created in the case, or create a new folder:

Once you click "Upload" those additional files will begin uploading into the case, and your upload progress will show at the bottom of the screen in the yellow bar.

Note: When uploading files, please do not close the tab or refresh the page while this progress bar is still yellow. This will cancel the upload.

Once the files have completed uploading, the progress bar will turn green and then disappear. These files can be accessed in Guardify once they complete processing.
