How to Delete a User

Manager users can only remove unconfirmed users who haven’t accessed the system. Once a user has confirmed their account, their account can only be disabled.

To delete an unconfirmed user, click "Users & Groups" in the lefthand menu.

Search for the user you wish to remove, and hover over their name. A trash can icon will appear.

Click the Trash icon and confirm that you want to delete the user by typing DELETE, then click confirm. 

If you would like to disable a user's access you can do so by clicking the purple toggle in the "Enabled" column. Toggled to the right means the user is enabled, and toggled to the left means a user is disabled. 

A confirmed user cannot be deleted from the Users page because their activity remains tracked in the Interview History of the videos they viewed or managed.
