How to Disable Users

A user can be disabled at any time by a manager user. A disabled user will immediately lose all access to their Guardify account and will no longer be able to view interviews that were previously shared with them.

To disable a user's account, click Users & Groups in the left-hand menu.

Search for the user you want to remove access.

Under the "Enable" column, toggle the purple switch from the right to left. Purple means enabled, grey means disabled.

Access will be immediately removed.
