Resend Confirmation Email

If a user that you have added to your center did not receive their welcome email and has not completed the confirmation of their account, Manager users can resend that welcome email from the Users list.

First, log into Guardify and click "Users & Groups" in the left-hand menu.

A list of all users in your center will appear. Find the user that you want to re-send the invitation to in the list. If they have not confirmed their account, there will be a circle with a line through it in the "confirmed" column at the far right of their row. 

Clicking the circle will then re-send the welcome email to that user, which includes a link that will allow them to complete the set up of their account.

When you click this circle, you will be asked to confirm that you would like to re-send this welcome email, as well as allow you to choose whether or not to CC yourself on that email.

The "CC myself" feature is useful if the recipient's email settings are still blocking Guardify system emails, so that you can then forward this email directly to the new user if they continue to report not receiving the emails from Guardify.
