Update Your Phone Number
If you need to log into Guardify and cannot access your account because the phone number that is associated with your account is incorrect or out of date, please reach out to the Child Advocacy Center that you are associated with to request that they update your phone number. In an effort to maintain the privacy and security of your account, Guardify Support cannot change the phone number associated with your account.
Once the number is updated, you will be able to get your verification code to your new number immediately.
If you still have access to the phone number currently associated with the account and you'd like to update it to a new one, you can log into Guardify to change your own phone number.
After you've logged in, click the company logo at the top left above the navigation menu.
On the user settings screen that appears, click the "edit" button in the bottom right corner.
In the grey box that shows your phone number, click the pencil icon that appears to the right.
You will then be prompted to type in your new phone number twice. Click done.
The prompt will close, and then you will need to click save.
You will then be prompted to confirm your changes with a 6-digit verification code. This code will be sent to your new phone number.
Next time you log in, you will receive your text code to your new number.
