How to archive a single interview

Archiving a single interview can be done by the custodian of the interview from their My Interviews screen. Find the interview you want to archive and click the 3-dot menu on the interview card. Click Archive.

An “Archive Interview” pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your request. Click "Confirm."

The interview will immediately change from “Active” to “Archiving,” and will be unable to be viewed once the archiving process has started. Once the archiving process is complete, the status of the interview will change from “Archiving” to Archived.”


How to bulk archive interviews

Archiving multiple interviews at once can be done by manager users from the Summary Report.

Note: The summary report is an optional user permission that can be turned on for manager users by the account License Manager.


After selecting “Summary Report” in the left-hand menu, you can select all the interviews that you want to archive by selecting the checkbox in the left-hand column. Once you’ve checked the boxes, click the “Bulk Actions” drop-down at the top of the screen and select Archive.

An “Archive Interview” pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your request and show you the number of interviews you have chosen to archive.

Click Archive to confirm.
All interviews will immediately change from “Active” to “Archiving,” and are unable to be viewed once the archiving process has started. Once the archiving process is complete, the status of the interview will change from “Archiving” to Archived.”
