Confirming Your Account
In order to access files or evidence shared with you through Guardify, each person must have their own individual login credentials. Once you have been added as a user, you will receive an email from no-reply@mail.guardify.com with the subject "Welcome to Guardify for Child Advocacy Centers!"
Once you receive this email, follow these simple steps to access your account:
- In your welcome email, click the "Set Up Account" button to be taken directly to set your new password.
- Your new password must contain 8+ characters including an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and a special character (i.e. a non-alphabetic or non-numeric character).
- Have your mobile phone ready to receive the 6-digit multi-factor authentication code. Enter the code into the login screen.
- If the phone number on file is a phone that does not receive text messages, you can click "Call me with a new code" and you will receive an automated phone call with that code.
Now that your account has been set up, you can access the login screen anytime by visiting guardify.com and selecting “customer login” or through the email notification you will receive when an interview has been shared with you.
