Enabling the Viewer Agreement

The Viewer Agreement requires a user to agree to the terms of use set up by the organization before accessing a shared interview. The License Manager enables the Viewer Agreement setting and inputs their own terms for the Guardify license.

To enable the Viewer Agreement, the License manager can log into Guardify and click the 3-dot menu at the top right of the screen. Then, select "Account Settings."

In the account settings, there is a toggle near the bottom to "enable" the viewer agreement.

Toggling this on will pop up a blank box for you to put in your CAC's terms for viewing an interview. You can enter whatever you'd like to have your users agree to in this box, and when that interview is shared, your users will need to click "agree" on those terms before they can view what was shared with them.

You can go back and edit these terms at anytime by clicking "edit" next to the enabled toggle, and that same box will come up for you to make any changes that need to be made.

Note: clicking "Preview" on this edit screen will show you a preview of how this agreement will look to the users that you are sharing interviews with.

Once this viewer agreement has been enabled, the "agreement" check box will be checked by default each time an interview is shared with a new user. This check box can be unchecked at anytime for each user going forward. If the agreement box is not checked, that user will not see the viewer agreement before they view a shared interview.

With the viewer agreement enabled, it will pop up and need to be agreed to every time the user opens the interview. This agreement action will be recorded in the Guardify history for that interview each time.
