How to Restore an Archived Interview

In order to access, share, or transfer an interview from the archive, it must first be restored to active status. To do this, navigate to "Interviews" in the left hand menu. 

From the My Interviews tab, click the "filter" option near the top left of your list of interviews.

This will open a Filter options menu where you can select to show your Active, Archived interviews, or Archiving Soon interviews. Check the "archived" box, and then click "Apply."

This will make all of your archived interviews visible on your My Interviews list.

Find the interview you want to restore, and click the 3-dot menu on the interview card. Click Restore. A “Restore Request” pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you want to restore this interview. Click “Restore.”

Once confirmed, the status of the interview will immediately change from “Archived” to “Restoring.” Restoring an interview from the archive can take up to 12 hours.
