Allowlist S3 Information

If you are having playback or connectivity issues when trying to access Guardify, it could be that Guardify needs to be allowlisted or added as an approved website for your network. Please pass the following details on to your IT or Network Security personnel so that they can check to ensure our domains are approved by your network security.

Guardify is a web-based SaaS product that requires several domains to be allowlisted:

• app.guardify.com 
• and a wildcard for *.amazonaws.com (expected subdomains will be in the format guardify.s3.us-gov-west-1.amazonaws.com where the "us-gov-west-1" portion may vary). 
• Guardify uses a standard HTTPS TCP protocol over port 443.
