How to Create an Interview

Manager and Interviewer roles have the ability to create new interviews. 

After logging in to Guardify, under the Interviews menu, select the My Interviews tabThis page displays all of the interviews you have created within Guardify.

Click Create at the top right corner of the page.

Enter details about the interview on the left side of the Create Interview page.


When filling out the interview details, all fields marked with a red asterisk are required fields.

To change the Interviewer field, you can either choose a name from the provided drop down list of Guardify users, or click the keyboard icon in that field to type in a name for a person that is not associated with a Guardify account.

Use the lavender upload box on the right to add videos, images and documents. You may load up to five camera angles. Once complete, select Create.

During the upload process, the interview is encrypted and sent to secure cloud storage. During uploading, you can Share the interview and continue work in other areas of Guardify. Closing the tab or refreshing the page will terminate the upload during the "Warning" phase.

Note: an upload in progress bar will pop up at the bottom of your screen. The bar will turn green when the uploaded files are completed and is ready to be Shared.

Once your video completes processing, the video will appear with a grey thumbnail and a play button in the large rectangle in the middle of the interview screen.
